Photo updates of the Model Homes!

I'm sorry it has been so long since my last post, things are really happening around here. We are just waiting for a few warmer days and we'll be finishing up the exterior. Check out the photos, our Sanctuary Model is pretty much finished on the inside.

Cabinets are in and painting is almost done!

Well, I obviously didn't get in there in time to snap a photo before the painters started...which I think was about 2 seconds after the cabinets were installed. So now we have countertops, carpet, finish electrical and some other minor finishing touches left before we have a completed model! The paint color turned out beautifully neutral which is always nice...

Progress of our other Villas

It's been fun to watch the progress of our other villas under construction! We have NOW poured 6 more foundations and have completed the underground plumbing on them...and framing has commenced on our Villas 225 & 226. These homes should be complete and ready for move in starting in June, then the others 221-224 subsequently after! These are our downhill home plans, Escape-Haven-Hideaway. We should examples of 5 of 6 home plans by mid summer. Please drop in sometime, I would love to give you a tour of our model homes. While they are under construction, sometimes this is the best time to tour a home. You get to see what's behind the walls...which we are never ashamed of showing.

Tile is being set! Things are moving along...

Well there are at least 9 men working inside our first model right now. Things are really moving along. A majority of the tile and slate has been set and now they are moving on to the finish carpetry. The beautiful alder doors are being hung and closet organizers finished up...the exterior finishes are moving along as well.

Drywall, nearly complete!

Well, the roof is on, and the drywall is in it's final stages...check out our progress. Our new Models should be complete and ready for preview in the next 5 weeks or so. Framing is Complete!!

The electricians, HVAC and other subcontractors are hard at work now that the framing is complete. The progress has been amazing over the last few days...check back in the next few days, I should have more photos posted!

Today I took some pictures of the framing progress of our model homes. It will be exciting to see how much it changes over the next few days!

These pictures below were taken earlier this week after all of the snow we got! Luckily I think some of it has melted in the last couple days...

Update on the Clubhouse!!

It's very exciting to see all the progress around here...our latest update is about our clubhouse and community center. The picture here is the latest rendering of our clubhouse, I have also attached a site plan so you can see the pool and pavillion. These are renderings and not final as the County still has to approve everything, so changes might be in the forecast...but we couldn't wait to show you the latest!!

The Clubhouse will feature an exercise room, and when we say room it might be bit misleading...it's approx. 650 sq. ft. There will be a theater room, a huge gathering space...and an overlook and exterior deck if you want to watch the action but will not necessarily be participating in it. These are just a few of the features...as things progress we'll be sure to update you on the latest. We are currently going through the review process and hope to commence construction this Summer! Stay tuned.

Record Breaking Weather

This winter there has been quite an unbelievable amount of snow, even for Park City. Park City School District called a Snow Day, closing school doors for the first time in 7 years.

Ray Timothy, the Park City School District superintendent, says it was simply too dangerous to get children to school today. "Most of the areas this morning were in whiteout conditions, snowing parallel to the ground. …We determined by 5:15, it was simply unsafe to transport our kids to school." (KSL.com)

Up at our Sales Center which is only 5 minutes from Park City High School, we have definitely had our fair share of snow as well--despite the crazy road conditions, it sure is beautiful up here!

Footings & Foundation

Yesterday we placed footings for our first Villa and today we are pouring the foundation. It's very exciting to see all the commotion up here!
