Solitude Model Home...Countertops were put in in the last few days, so the home is pretty much complete on the inside. We are still working on the floor to ceiling rock fireplace, and there are a few rooms that still need carpet. This home is available priced at $517,000. We are super-motivated to get this sold with a lease back...so if you like what you see, email me for more details. firstname.lastname@example.org Oh did I mention...it's going to have a 36" Wolf Range, Sub-Zero fridge with custom cabinet panels and an Asko dishwasher...Pretty SWEET!!!

Well, I obviously didn't get in there in time to snap a photo before the painters started...which I think was about 2 seconds after the cabinets were installed. So now we have countertops, carpet, finish electrical and some other minor finishing touches left before we have a completed model! The paint color turned out beautifully neutral which is always nice...
